Learn to grow your own fragrant and edible gardens. Organic and permaculture principals will be the main focus of this workshop.

Course Outline

Day 1

Identify a range of herbs & vegetables suitable for each growing season.
Maintain soil and provide adequate nutrition.
Pest and disease management.
Wise water techniques.
Maintain container grown crops of herbs & vegetables.

Day 2

Design a plot.
Describe processing & storage techniques for your harvest.
Harvesting and cooking from your garden.
Seed saving.

Handouts will be given including recipes to tantalise your tastebuds.A 50% deposit is required to secure your place. This can be by cheque or direct deposit.Private one on one or group workshops can be arranged.We require one month notice for private bookings, 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking.

Workshops will be held in Laguna, Lower Hunter Valley only 1.5 hours drive from Sydney.
